Approval Process

All products are developed according to the client’s specifications and branding requirements. Product samples, packaging designs, and detailed specifications will be provided for review and approval. Production will commence only after final written approval has been received from the client.

Production Terms

Once final approval is confirmed, the order will enter production. At this stage, no modifications, cancellations, or adjustments can be made to the order. Clients are encouraged to carefully review all details before granting final approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders can be shipped worldwide by air or sea freight based on the client’s preference.

  • Air Freight: Approximately 2–3 weeks

  • Sea Freight: Approximately 45–50 days

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any import-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. By accepting and signing for the shipment, the customer acknowledges that the order has been received in satisfactory condition and in accordance with the approved specifications

Final Sale Policy

Due to the customized and private-label nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks after production has begun or after the order has been delivere
